Greendustry™ Park, Inc. (GPI) is building New England’s first fully integrated business community dedicated to the principles of green commerce. We are a mission driven organization offering a strategic and comprehensive business environment which integrates a range of essential real estate and business services (Strategic Business Units – SBU's). All green enterprises, from start-ups to well established companies, need to respond quickly to the exploding opportunities in green commerce. Greendustry™ Park will provide green enterprises with the framework within which to grow their business: a mission focused community, essential business services, and a dynamic marketing and networking platform.

Based in the ‘Knowledge Corridor’ of Western Massachusetts, Greendustry™ Park is developing a comprehensive and integrated business community which offers real estate and business solutions for the full range of green commerce enterprises, including:

• Prototyping, product development and R&D technology facilities

• Incubator and accelerator space for start-ups and small scale enterprises

• Light manufacturing space

• Flexible office space for established companies

• Service-supported office space for the region’s home-based and emerging companies as well as businesses from outside the area wanting to maintain a presence in the region

• Retail, wholesale and service providers to both the B to B and consumer markets

The Park will incorporate facilities for:

• Business conferencing, events, meeting and networking

• Product showcasing and demonstrations

• Community education and workforce job training

• Retail and integrated live/work space

 In addition, we will establish a network of satellite locations throughout Massachusetts, which is home to hundreds of small entrepreneurial ventures. These satellite locations will allow us to offer convenient access to our services, while facilitating the strategic placement of businesses close to available labor.

Our productive partnerships with institutions of higher education, technical schools, state agencies and a range of regional organizations will allow our affiliated companies to grow their business within a clearly focused but wide-ranging community.

Our corporate office is currently located in the center of the historic industrial mill city of Holyoke. Greendustry™ Park intends to be a major force in the revitalization of Massachusetts older industrial centers, employing the principals of adaptive reuse to existing infrastructure and taking advantage of the central location and excellent transportation network that Massachusetts provides within the northeast region.
